Appointments


New clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time in order to complete a short intake form if not already completed and to consult with me regarding your customized needs and expectations for the session.

Arriving late for your appointment may limit the time of your session but I will do my best to honor as much time of your session as possible.

Cancellations


It is my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of my clients, however I understand that unanticipated events can occur. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients the following policy for cancellations will be enforced…

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the session booked. No shows, appointments cancelled upon arrival, and appointments cancelled within less than an hour of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the session.

Any resulting charges incurred from last minute rescheduling/cancellations or no call-no shows must be paid prior to your next appointment.

Professional Boundaries


Any discussion between myself as the therapist and clients is always considered confidential.

The client may choose to: leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time.

Requests for sexual activity will NOT be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.
